The European Data Portal e-learning programme

The European Data Portal is a point of access to data of the EU institutions, agencies and bodies for anyone to reuse.

They have their own e-learning platform, through which you can discover what open data is and how to use it to improve public services or quality of life in your community. The info is offered in several languages and you can check the platform without the need to be registered!
