Report a problem in your local community

In the city of Dubrovnik citizens and non-citizens can report a problem or thing they consider a problem on the website called Dubrovačko oko (Dubrovnik’s Eye). Firstly, citizens have to locate a problem on the map of the city, then they have to take a picture and describe a problem shortly on the site. Authorities then respond to the input usually within a few days whilst providing updates on the issue at hand. When authorities resolve the issue, they provide photo evidence of the solution.
