It is intended for anyone, especially students and educators from diverse backgrounds, who are interested in digital civic education and digital participation.

Its first edition was held in May and June 2021, and although, it finished, t the course has been left open as an open educational resource with open and free registration.  You can access all the material (videos, readings) and self-assessment exercises.
